The ACoS in the ad account was running above 30%, which (for some of Steven’s products) didn’t leave much room for profit.
This is a common problem: after COGS, Amazon fees, and FBA fees, adding a 30% ACoS can erase most of a seller’s earnings. DRSG’s Amazon PPC account was having a hard time cutting stubborn spend that wasn’t producing results.
This is a common challenge: how to decrease ACoS without lowering your sales. The solution to this is data. By digging through Amazon’s Search Term Reports, the data tells you what spend you can cut that won’t affect your topline revenue.
