Added $1.2m per year in revenue from… dayparting? (Amazon Ads Tip)
Here’s how we made an additional $1.2m in annual revenue with Amazon Ads dayparting.
This 1 trick is enough to buy you a house.
But let me take you back to BEFORE this recent success.
Our customer had a big problem.
In this case, we had a daily account-level budget of £300. This means that, all campaigns as a collective can only spend £300 in total.
Fair enough, right? That way, you know how much you’ll spend.
Safe. Reliable.
But the problem was that the £300 wasn’t enough to last the whole day. Our campaigns were running out of budget by 6pm local time.
This means that from 6pm-12am we were losing potential sales.
The obvious solution here would be to raise the budget and let it run. But the problem with that is that EVERYTHING runs more: both great and “just OK” campaigns.
So instead…
So Instead...
We let the £300 run out at 6pm.
But then, we reactivated only certain campaigns (above our target ROAS) so that those winners could spend until midnight. And from spending £375 instead of £300, we increased monthly ad revenue by about $100k/mo, which is $1.2m per year.
